Great place, lovely people and a talented chef
Beautiful meal at the Raj Mahal. I've never been a big fan of Indian food and it's taken my wife twenty years to get me to take her out for an Indian. Now I'm wishing I went sooner. The staff couldn't be more friendly and my lamb bhuna was packed full of big chunks of delicious meat. I'm a convert now and it won't be long before I'm back.
Our favourite Indian take away, lovers of Indian food in our house and wouldnt go anywhere else, every order is exactly to our liking... quality, flavour and highly recommend! Chicken Tikka Balti - Madrass hot if you like heat like me :)

This is one of the finest Indian cousine in Hoddesdon with over 100 seating area with calming and relaxing inside atmosphere. Established for over 40 years by the current owner and still being managed by the same family by their second generation. Takeaway and delivery services are also available. Delivery post codes covered are EN11, EN10, EN9 SG12 and SG13. Their services are excellent, choice and taste of food is great. Bar is wonderful and they truly and genuinely look after their customer needs. Their prices are very competitive and food quality is excellent. If you have not tried them, try them and I am sure you will not be disappointed.
We eat indian food quite a lot, and this is our go-to restaurant. We have been going here regularly for 30 years now, and its rare that you get a bad one. Every so often you get a different chef, which has a different flavour, but still enjoyable.
1st time trying this restaurant. Had a takeaway. Man on phone very helpful and friendly. Food was delicious. Mum said its the best she's had!
